Now we're building something new and exciting!Looking for an enthusiastic Manager for a craft cocktail room!We’re looking for someone with 5+ years of experience in similar cocktail-led / premium bar & food focused concepts, who understands the nuances of cocktails, spirits, service, guest experience and day-to-day bar operations.What we’re looking for:5+ years of relevant experience in similar conceptsStrong knowledge of cocktails, spirits & bar operationsExperience managing premium / cocktail-focused establishments⁠Excellent guest engagement and communication skills/ Strong customer-focused mindset⁠Ability to lead, train and motivate a teamStrong understanding of SOPs, inventory & cost managementSolid understanding of Food & Beverage operations, including menu knowledge, service standards, and basic inventory practices.A genuine passion for hospitality, cocktails and creating memorable experiencesKnowledge of food safety, hygiene regulations, and quality control procedureDiploma or degree in Hospitality ManagementWSET knowledge / certification or similar beverage expertise would be an added advantageIf this sounds like you, share your profile/resume with us at manthan@ledor.in
