The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, supervision, and performance management to ensure smooth service. The role involves monitoring food quality, hygiene, and safety standards, managing inventory, and coordinating with suppliers to maintain adequate stock levels. The Restaurant Manager will drive customer satisfaction by handling guest feedback, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring consistent service standards in line with brand guidelines. The role also includes supporting hiring and training activities, managing cash and sales reports, and working towards achieving revenue and profitability targets.Qualifications Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction.Experience in team management activities such as Hiring and staff supervision.Effective Communication skills for interacting with guests, team members, and management.Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including quality, hygiene, and safety standards.Prior experience in restaurant or QSR management is preferred.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.Basic understanding of inventory control, cash handling, and sales reporting.Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
