Every time.We take the coffee seriously. Ourselves, a little less.The RoleWe’re hiring a full-time, salaried Restaurant Manager for our Allen café. You’ll run the floor day to day: lead the shift, build the team and make sure every guest leaves glad they walked in.What you’ll own:Running shifts from open to close, including coverage, flow and serviceHiring, training and developing a team people want to be part ofMaking sure every drink and plate meets the standard, every timeKeeping the store clean, safe and stocked, including inventory, ordering and food safetyScheduling and labor managementCash handling, POS and daily adminWorking with leadership to hit goals and carry the cultureHow We WorkShow Up. Learn the regulars’ names and orders. Be on time, be present and be part of the neighborhood.Own It. If you see it, it’s yours.
