WE ARE HIRING | RESTAURANT MANAGER – NEW OPENINGLocation: Ras Al Khaimah, UAEType: Full TimeWe are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join an exciting new Mediterranean restaurant & beach club concept opening in Ras Al Khaimah.We are looking for someone with a strong hospitality background, great leadership skills, and a passion for creating an excellent guest experience.ResponsibilitiesManage the day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure smooth serviceLead, train, and motivate the FOH teamMaintain high standards of service, presentation, and guest experienceHandle guest feedback and ensure any issues are resolved professionallyWork closely with the kitchen, bar, and other departmentsSupport recruitment, training, and development of the teamMonitor costs, staffing levels, and overall operational performanceEnsure company standards, policies, and health & safety procedures are followedSupport the pre-opening and successful launch of the venueQualificationsPrevious experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership roleStrong background in high-end, lifestyle, or standalone restaurantsExperience in Mediterranean concepts and/or beach clubs is a plusPre-opening experience is highly preferredStrong leadership and people management skillsHands-on, energetic, and guest-focused approachExcellent communication and organizational skillsUAE or Middle East experience is preferred
