This position oversees daily restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality food and service. The manager leads and develops Associates, provides coaching and performance feedback, and supports a positive, inclusive work environment. Responsibilities include monitoring food safety and cleanliness standards, managing inventory and ordering, and maintaining cash handling and other operational controls. The manager also addresses guest concerns, supports continuous improvement in service, and works to meet or exceed sales and profitability goals.Qualifications Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, including training, coaching, and performance oversight.Experience with restaurant or retail operations, including service standards, food safety, and shift management.Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to resolve issues professionally and constructively.Basic financial and administrative skills, such as managing labor, inventory, cash handling, and reporting.Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.Commitment to an inclusive, respectful workplace and supporting diverse team members and guests.Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or multi-unit operations management is preferred.High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
