Team members help carry forward a legacy of service and hospitality that has endured for decades.Role Description The Restaurant Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Okaloosa/Walton Counties, FL. This role oversees daily restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and training Associates to deliver consistent, high-quality service. The manager is responsible for maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards, monitoring inventory, and managing costs to support profitability. Day-to-day tasks include leading shifts, resolving customer concerns, coaching team members, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. The role also involves supporting talent development, fostering an inclusive and respectful work environment, and partnering with leadership to achieve sales and operational goals.Qualifications (General) - Bachelor's degree preferred, not requiredDemonstrated leadership and people management skills, including coaching, performance feedback, and team development.Experience in restaurant or hospitality operations, with knowledge of food safety, cleanliness standards, and shift management.Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to address guest concerns and build repeat business.Basic financial and operational skills, such as managing labor, inventory, and operating costs.Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays, in a fast-paced environment.Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on safety.High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, hospitality, or related fields is a plus.Previous supervisory experience in food service or retail is preferred but not required; willingness to learn and grow with the company is essential.Interested individuals will be forwarded to our local RD.
