The Restaurant Supervisor will oversee daily Front-of-the-House operations within an upscale casual or luxury hotel all-day dining environment. The role is responsible for ensuring smooth shift operations, delivering exceptional guest experiences, maintaining service and hygiene standards, and leading and developing the service team.Key Roles and ResponsibilitiesManage opening and closing procedures, conduct team briefings, and allocate station duties to Front-of-the-House staff.Welcome and assist VIP guests, monitor table rotations, handle special requests, and resolve guest concerns with professionalism and empathy.Monitor staff grooming and service standards, inspect food and beverage presentation, and ensure compliance with hygiene and operational standards.Coach and motivate team members, monitor attendance, and provide on-the-floor training on upselling techniques and service sequences.Monitor operating equipment, perform basic POS functions, and report maintenance requirements and inventory needs.Ensure smooth coordination between Front-of-House and Back-of-House teams to maintain efficient service and a consistently high guest experience.Key Skills and Qualifications2-4 years of experience in upscale-casual restaurants or luxury hotel all-day dining operations.Strong communication, interpersonal, and active problem-solving skills.Professional and polished demeanor with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.High stamina and flexibility to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.Fluent communications skills both in English and Arabic.
