WE ARE HIRING | THE CULLINAN, Marsa Al Arab The Cullinan, Marsa Al Arab, is seeking passionate, polished and guest centric Hospitality professionals to join our Front of House team.Open Positions:Waiters / Waitresses:Proven track record in upscale or fine dining establishments.Strong menu presentation skills, deep understanding of Prime cut selections and refined Beverage pairing knowledge.Natural ability to read guest cues and deliver seamless, anticipatory service.Runners:High energy and attention to detail in high-volume, polished dining environments.Precise dish placement, clear culinary knowledge and flawless table maintenance.Team oriented mindset dedicated to supporting smooth flow between the kitchen and dining room.Bartenders:Expertise in Classic mixology, bespoke craft cocktails and premium spirits service.Strong knowledge of beverage curation and wine service.Engaging personality capable of curating an unforgettable Bar experience.Hostesses:Impeccable poise, grooming and communication skills.Experience with Reservation management platforms (e.g., SevenRooms, OpenTable).Exceptional warmth in welcoming VIP guests and orchestrating dynamic seating flows.What We Are Looking For:Minimum 2+ years of experience in Luxury, Fine dining or high end dining venues;Exceptional command of English; additional languages are a plus;In depth knowledge of food, wine and spirit service- WSET an added advantage;Strong passion for hospitality, teamwork and guest satisfaction.
