By partnering with MIIC, organizations gain support in navigating complex business challenges and reaching their strategic objectives.Role Description The Restaurant Supervisor – Casual Dining & QSR is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This position oversees daily operations of casual dining and quick service restaurant outlets, ensuring smooth service, food safety compliance, and adherence to brand standards. The supervisor coordinates staff schedules, leads and supports front-of-house and back-of-house teams, and monitors service quality to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction. Key responsibilities include handling customer inquiries and complaints, supervising cash handling and POS procedures, supporting inventory control, and collaborating with management on promotional initiatives and operational improvements. The role also involves training team members, reinforcing standard operating procedures, and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.QualificationsStrong supervisory skills, including team leadership, performance monitoring, and shift management.Experience in customer service and customer satisfaction, with a focus on managing guest feedback and resolving issues professionally.Effective communication skills for interacting with guests, team members, and management across diverse backgrounds.Knowledge of food & beverage operations, including casual dining and QSR service standards, food safety, and hygiene practices.Previous experience in restaurant supervision or similar hospitality roles.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as required by restaurant operations.Proficiency in basic computer and POS systems; familiarity with inventory and scheduling tools is an advantage.Fluency in English.High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or food & beverage certifications are preferred.
