We’re Hiring – Restaurant Supervisor | BAKERIST DubaiBAKERIST, a busy French-European bistro in Dubai, is looking for an experienced, energetic, and guest-focused Restaurant Supervisor to join our Front of House team.We’re looking for someone who is confident on the floor, knows how to lead a team during busy service, and genuinely understands great hospitality.Position: Restaurant SupervisorLocation: Dubai, UAEExperience: UAE restaurant experience requiredAvailability: Immediate joiners preferredWhat We’re Looking ForStrong experience in a busy restaurant, café, or bistro operation in the UAE.Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor, Team Leader, or Senior Waiter with leadership responsibilities.Excellent English communication skills.Strong knowledge of POS systems, cashiering, and daily restaurant operations.Confident in handling guest complaints and finding solutions professionally.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and organize the team.Presentable, energetic, flexible, and hands-on.Good understanding of service standards, upselling, and guest experience.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the FOH team during daily operations and busy service periods.Ensure every guest receives a warm welcome and excellent BAKERIST experience.Organize sections, staff positioning, breaks, and service flow.Monitor service quality, cleanliness, and restaurant presentation.Support and train Waiters, Runners, Baristas, and other FOH team members.Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally.Monitor POS operations, cashiering, billing, and closing procedures.Drive upselling and support the team in achieving daily sales targets.Coordinate closely with the kitchen and management team.Lead by example and remain actively involved on the floor during service.The Person We WantWe’re looking for someone who doesn’t just supervise from the side.
