This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a brand-new launch from the ground up..Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise the daily operations of the restaurant and ensure smooth serviceLead, motivate, and support the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional guest experienceMonitor service standards, grooming, and operational procedureEnsure seamless communication between the kitchen, bar, and service teamHandle guest feedback and resolve concerns promptly and professionallySupport the management team in achieving operational and financial targetAssist with staff training, coaching, and performance developmentEnsure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standardMonitor opening and closing proceduresUphold luxury hospitality standards at all timeIdeal CandidatesMinimum 2 years' experience in a supervisor role within a luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant, beach club, or lifestyle venuesStrong leadership and people management skillsExperience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentExcellent communication and guest engagement skillsAbility to lead by example and inspire the teamStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesPassion for luxury hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences
