From independent venues to multi-brand chains, we turn data into actionable insights that drive better decisions and stronger guest engagement.The Role We're hiring a Business Development Manager to drive new partnerships with restaurants and hospitality groups across the UAE. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Dubai, with flexibility to work from home.You'll own the full cycle, from prospecting to signed contract:Identify, qualify, and engage restaurant owners, F&B directors, and hospitality decision-makersRun product demos and present FoodSwap's value propositionBuild and manage a healthy pipeline, and prepare proposalsNegotiate contracts and close new partnershipsGrow key accounts and maintain strong long-term relationshipsPartner with marketing and product on messaging, client feedback, and smooth onboarding and implementationRepresent FoodSwap at industry events, conferences, and networking sessionsYou're a great fit if you have:Proven experience in business development, account management, or partnerships, ideally in B2B SaaS, food delivery, or hospitality techRequired: experience at a UAE food delivery platform, OR an established network of restaurant and hospitality decision-makersA strong track record of hitting targets and closing dealsFluency in English and ArabicA startup mindset: ownership, speed, and a bias for executionExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsA valid UAE driving licenseWhy join us?
