Restaurants Officer - Food and Beverage

Support the effective operation and management of restaurants and beverages (R&B) concessions within the airport. This position assists in ensuring that DA R&B partners deliver exceptional culinary experiences, meet sales targets, and maintain high standards of food quality, service, and safety.Understanding of culinary operations, customer service, and business management. Understanding of health and safety regulations and protocols, including food safety practices and emergency response procedures.Proficiency in using data analytics tools to evaluate sales trends, customer preferences, and operational performance.Experience in implementing and monitoring quality assurance measures to maintain consistent food quality and service standards.Knowledge of sustainable practices and initiatives in the food and beverage industry, such as waste reduction and responsible sourcing.Knowledge of local regulations related to food safety, health, and sanitation.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Concessionaire Relationship and Lease Management Build and maintain positive relationships with airport restaurants and beverages concessionaires.Assist in negotiating lease agreements, renewals, and rent terms.Culinary Excellence Collaborate with concessionaires to ensure diverse and high-quality menu offerings.Monitor food quality, presentation, and adherence to culinary standards.Customer Experience Enhancement & Marketing Enhance the overall dining experience through excellent service, cleanliness, and food safety.Coordinate marketing initiatives and promotions within R&B concessions.Financial Analysis and Compliance Analyze sales and financial data to evaluate concessionaire performance.Ensure concessionaires comply with airport regulations, including health, safety, and licensing.
