Must have experience in the Insurance Restoration and/or TPA Restoration Industry.Strong understanding of restoration project workflows and insurance program requirements.Proficiency in DASH software Excellent verbal and written communication skills with flawless English grammar and professionalism.Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.Ability to manage competing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced emergency services environment.Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.Preferred QualificationsExperience using Xactimate with a proficiency level oXactimate certifications are highly desirable.Ability to write and review restoration estimates.Experience working directly with insurance carriers, adjusters, and third-party administrators (TPAs).Knowledge of water, fire, mold, and reconstruction restoration projects. Desired Skills and ExperienceWe are seeking an experienced Coordinator / Estimator from the Insurance Restoration / TPA Restoration Industry to join our growing team.
