The company offers opportunities to contribute to its growth while developing skills in hospitality and food & beverage management.Role Description The Restaurant Manager at Chelvies Coffee will oversee daily operations to ensure smooth service, high product quality, and a positive guest experience. This full-time, on-site role is based in Noida and includes responsibilities such as supervising staff, managing shift schedules, and coordinating front-of-house and back-of-house activities. The Restaurant Manager will monitor customer satisfaction, address guest feedback, and maintain hygiene and safety standards. The role also involves supporting hiring and training, managing inventory and ordering, overseeing cash handling and basic reporting, and ensuring that brand standards are consistently met. The Restaurant Manager will work closely with leadership to implement operational improvements and support promotional activities.Qualifications Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and a focus on Customer Satisfaction.Experience with Hiring and team supervision, including training and performance feedback.Effective Communication skills for interacting with guests, staff, and management.Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including menu familiarity, quality control, and hygiene standards.Prior experience in restaurant, café, or hospitality management preferred.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and peak service times.Solid organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.Basic understanding of POS systems, cash handling, and daily sales reporting.
