Retail Account Manager, Luxury retail, Central London, Permanent, £40,000 - £45,000 with benefitsA rare opportunity has arisen to join a prestigious heritage retailer with Royal Warrants, supplying bespoke products and services to clients across the UK and internationally.This varied role combines client relationship management, export administration, project coordination, stock control, event support and business development. Working within a small and experienced team, you will manage client enquiries, coordinate bespoke orders, oversee export documentation and support the delivery of high-profile ceremonial events.This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised professional who enjoys building relationships, managing multiple priorities and working within a unique and specialist environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging relationships with UK and international clientsCoordinating bespoke orders from enquiry through to completionProducing quotations, processing orders and issuing invoicesManaging export and customs documentationMonitoring stock levels, hire inventory and returnsLiaising with suppliers, craftspeople and internal teamsSupporting client consultations and fittingsAssisting with ceremonial events and business development activitiesAttending events and representing the business professionallyMaintaining accurate records using Excel and internal systemsAbout YouSolid experience in a client-facing, coordination or commercial support roleStrong organisational and administrative skillsExcellent communication and relationship-building abilities, with a ‘can do’ attitudeConfident dealing with senior stakeholders and VIP clientsProficient in Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelAble to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslyPractical, hands-on and willing to support operational activities when requiredCommercially aware with excellent attention to detailExperience within luxury retail, professional services, events, hospitality, international trade or bespoke product environments would be advantageous.Please note this is a fully office-based role in Central London with international travel.This is a fantastic opportunity, if you match the requirements above, please apply now!Due to the large number of applications that we receive, only shortlisted applicants will be contacted
