Retail Application Specialist(Retail POS systems and ERP integrations (SAP and/or Oracle))

Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.4+ years of experience in Retail IT, Retail Applications, or Retail Technology Project Management.Hands-on experience with Retail POS systems and ERP integrations (SAP and/or Oracle).Strong understanding of retail operations, store technologies, and payment integrations.Experience managing end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.Experience using Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and vendor coordination skills.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.Preferred SkillsExperience managing technology rollouts across multiple retail stores and regions.Knowledge of ITIL processes and change management.Familiarity with retail infrastructure, digital transformation, and omnichannel retail environments.PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certification is an added advantage.
