Location: Dubai, UAESalary: AED 22,000 - AED 24,000We are seeking a commercially driven Retail Area Manager to oversee multiple stores across Dubai, driving sales, profitability, operational excellence and exceptional customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive sales, profitability and retail KPIs across multiple stores.Develop business plans to improve performance and support growth.Monitor store results and identify opportunities for improvement.Maintain brand standards, visual merchandising and promotional execution.Lead, coach and develop Store Managers and retail teams.Conduct regular store visits to ensure operational consistency.Oversee budgets, staffing, inventory and loss prevention.Support store openings, closures and operational improvement initiatives.Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety standards.RequirementsProven experience managing multiple retail stores in an Area Manager or equivalent role.Experience managing full-price stores in a customer-focused retail environment, ideally apparel or footwear.Strong commercial acumen and a track record of achieving sales and profitability targets.Experience leading and developing Store Managers and retail teams.Knowledge of retail operations, visual merchandising and inventory management.Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.Hands-on, results-driven approach with a focus on customer experience.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays when required.
