ScheduleWeekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday 11-6 pm) with flexibility to assist during key launches, events, and retail activations. Position will also serve as backup support for retail operations when the Retail Manager is unavailable.About the RoleBasketcase is looking for a reliable, adaptable, and customer-focused Retail Associate to support daily store operations at HENCH in Costa Mesa, CA. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both customer interaction and hands-on operational work, and can comfortably move between front-of-house retail responsibilities and back-of-house inventory support.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, calm under pressure, and excited about fashion, community, and brand experience.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver a strong in-store customer experience and represent the brand positivelySupport daily retail operations, merchandising, and overall store presentationProcess customer purchases through POS systems accurately and efficientlyAssist with receiving, organizing, restocking, and maintaining inventoryHelp coordinate transfers between warehouse and retail locationsSupport launch days, events, and high-traffic weekendsMaintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store and stock areasIdeal QualitiesReliable, punctual, and self-motivatedComfortable working in both customer-facing and operational environmentsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAble to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced settingRequired: Must have previous retail experience. Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to help where neededCompensation$19/hour + Sales Commission
