In this role, the associate greets and assists customers, offers product recommendations, and helps create an engaging in-store experience that reflects the brand’s focus on modern hosting essentials. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining visual merchandising standards, processing transactions, restocking shelves, and monitoring inventory levels to ensure product availability. The Retail Associate also handles customer inquiries, provides customer-focused service, and supports store operations such as opening and closing tasks, cleanliness, and organization. This position works closely with the store team to meet sales goals and deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience.QualificationsStrong interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in building positive customer relationships.Ability to deliver excellent customer-focused service and contribute to an outstanding customer experience.Experience or comfort with inventory management, including restocking, tracking, and organizing merchandise.Clear, professional communication skills for interacting with customers, teammates, and leadership.Prior retail or hospitality experience preferred; interest in home, lifestyle, or hosting products is a plus.Ability to stand for extended periods, move merchandise, and work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.Reliability, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach to working in a small team environment.Pay rate: $19.50/hr
