Responsibilities

Compiling, analyzing, and reporting sales data using Power BI and Excel.Monitoring and analyzing competitive activity, customer behavior, and market trends.Providing actionable insights to support Sales and Marketing decision-making.Contributing to the development of sales plans and objectives.Monitoring and evaluating sales performance through KPIs and dashboards.Determining sales potential and making recommendations.Setting sales targets for stores and Sales Force team members.Tracking daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs for the Sales Force team.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence or a related field.At least 2 years of experience in similar positions.Strong proficiency in Power BI (required).Strong research, data analysis, and reporting skills.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Strong communication and presentation skills.Strong projection and forecasting skills.Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Advanced English level.Start a new journey with HONOR.
