Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise Guest Relations/Guest Service team members.Ensure high standards of customer service and guest experience.Handle escalated guest queries, complaints and service recovery.Manage daily team allocation, breaks and shift activities.Support queue management, guest flow and crowd coordination.Monitor team performance and provide coaching and guidance.Coordinate with operations, security and other departments.Ensure compliance with safety and service standards.Prepare basic shift reports and escalate operational issues.
