Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Cashier based in Jaffna. The Retail Cashier will be responsible for handling customer transactions, managing payments, operating the cash register, and ensuring accurate cash handling. The role also includes providing excellent customer service, assisting with inquiries, promoting products, and maintaining a clean and organized checkout area. This individual will play a key role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers and supporting store operations. Qualifications Basic numeracy and cash handling skills, with an ability to operate a cash register efficientlyStrong customer service and communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanorAttention to detail and accuracy, especially in processing transactionsAbility to manage time effectively and multitask in a fast-paced retail environmentFamiliarity with fashion retail or interest in the fashion industry is an advantageFlexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidaysHigh school diploma or equivalent; previous retail or cashier experience is a plus
