The venue focuses on delivering a high-fashion, carefully curated experience that celebrates creativity, chic style, and the unmistakable “Crazy” spirit.Role Description The Retail Cashier at Crazy Horse Paris – The Dubai Edition is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Retail Cashier is responsible for processing customer transactions accurately, handling cash and electronic payments, and issuing receipts in a courteous and efficient manner. Day-to-day tasks include welcoming guests, answering product-related questions, promoting merchandise, and assisting with packaging purchases to reflect the venue’s premium standards. The role also involves maintaining a clean and organized point-of-sale area, monitoring stock at the cashier station, and coordinating with the retail and operations teams for smooth service. The Retail Cashier follows all company policies for cash handling, security, and customer service, and supports the overall guest experience in line with the venue’s luxury brand.Qualifications Experience in cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) operations, with strong attention to accuracy and detail.Customer service skills, including the ability to greet guests, respond to inquiries, and resolve basic issues in a professional manner.Basic numerical and reconciliation skills to balance cash drawers and verify transaction records at the end of shifts.Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality or retail environment, preferably within luxury or high-end venues.Effective communication skills in English; additional languages commonly spoken in Dubai are an advantage.Professional appearance and demeanor, with an understanding of premium brand representation and guest etiquette.Reliability in attendance, flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and comfort with on-site shift work.High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience as a cashier or in front-of-house roles is preferred.
