experience in:* Retail Design & Delivery (RDD)* Tenant design review and coordination* Landlord-side retail design review* Concept, schematic and detailed design review* Shopfront, signage and storefront design* Retail planning and space planning* Landlord Design Criteria and Tenant Design Guidelines* Architectural drawing and technical documentation review* Architectural and MEP design coordination* Material and finishes review* Design submission and approval processes* Fit-out drawing review and coordination* Design compliance and comment consolidation* Site design inspections and design closeoutPreferred Industry BackgroundExperience working with* Shopping mall developers, landlords, retail design consultants, architectural practices, RDD consultants, retail brands or fit-out contractors involved in major retail developments.* Previous landlord-side shopping mall design review experience will be highly preferred.Preferred Technical SkillsCandidates should demonstrate strong knowledge of:* Retail planning and interior architecture* Tenant design coordination* Landlord Design Criteria and compliance* Shopfront and storefront design* Retail and F&B design principles* Concept and detailed design assessment* Architectural drawing review* Reflected ceiling plans, floor finishes and elevations* Signage and branding integration* Material and finishes assessment* Architectural and MEP coordination* Design review and technical comment consolidation* Shop drawings and material submissions* Site inspections and design compliance* Snagging and design closeoutSoftware knowledge in* AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam, Navisworks, 3D visualization software or similar design and document review platforms will be an advantage. Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Interior Architecture or a closely related design discipline.* Strong architectural and interior design technical knowledge.* Saudi Council of Engineers Registration, where applicable, is preferred.* KSA or GCC experience is highly desirable.* Transferable Iqama is an advantage.* Immediate or
