Retail Hardscape/Landscape Supply and Design Center Manager

Location: Hanover, PA / Thomasville, PA (two stores)Type: Full-timeSalary: $60,000Hanover® Architectural Products supplies homeowners, landscape contractors, and designers with concrete and porcelain pavers, landscaping stone, mulch, boulders, and paver installation tools and accessories.

We're hiring a hands-on manager to run both of our hardscape and landscape supply and design centers.What You'll Do

• ​Lead, train, and schedule office and delivery staff at both stores
• ​Manage purchasing, vendor relationships, stocking, and inventory at both stores
• ​Build the delivery schedule and coordinate inbound shipments
• ​Manage and schedule winter snow plowing and deicing
• ​Help customers and contractors choose products and estimate materials
• ​Track trends, plan local marketing with our corporate team, and grow contractor relationships
• ​Hit sales, margin, and inventory targets and manage store budgetsWhat You Bring
• ​3+ years of management experience in retail, building materials, or landscape supply
• ​Working knowledge of pavers, natural stone, aggregates, and mulch
• ​Experience with purchasing, inventory control, and scheduling
• ​Comfort with POS/inventory systems and Excel
• ​Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• ​Ability to work outdoors in all weather, lift 50 lbs, and work extended hours in peak season
• ​Bonus: CDL, hardscape installation or design experience, equipment experience (forklift, front-end loader, skid steer), or bilingual English/SpanishWhat We Offer
