The company is focused on delivering high-quality products and excellent customer experiences through well-established retail operations. ROLE OVERVIEWThe Retail Inventory Controller will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining accurate inventory levels across retail stores, systems, and warehouses. The role will ensure that inventory controls and procedures are effectively implemented at store level, while maintaining accurate stock-on-hand information and supporting retail operations through detailed inventory analysis, audits, investigations, and reporting.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESRun daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports and perform detailed analysis of item performance.Develop and continuously enhance accurate and consistent inventory reporting structures.Identify high-turnover and low-turnover inventory items and provide relevant reports to the respective teams.Control inventory adjustments and conduct quantity and price variance analysis.Investigate system and inventory discrepancies and drive timely resolution.Maintain high levels of internal and external customer service.Minimize inaccuracies in store stock data and ensure inventory records remain reliable.Drive the stock audit process from planning through execution.Ensure stock quantities and stock revenue are accurately maintained and aligned across ERP systems.Organize and analyze large volumes of inventory data effectively.Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend changes to prevent inventory irregularities.Coordinate store receiving and shipping of inventory into and out of warehouses, including end-of-season transfers and inter-branch transfers.Report investigation findings and potential loss-prevention issues to management.REQUIREMENTSEducationUniversity degree or diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Retail Management, or a related field.Experience3–4 years of relevant experience in retail inventory control.Strong experience in stock management, inventory analysis, stock reconciliation, and retail inventory operations.Experience working with inventory management and ERP systems, preferably SAP.Experience in consumer goods and apparel industry is highly preferred. Skills & AttributesAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to organize and interpret large volumes of data.Strong problem-solving and investigation skills.Good understanding of retail inventory controls, stock audits, and loss prevention.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Proactive approach to identifying and preventing inventory discrepancies.Strong customer/ client service mindset.Fluent in both English and Arabic.
