Retail Leasing ManagerLocation: Jeddah / Makkah, Saudi ArabiaRole PurposeLead the retail leasing strategy and tenant portfolio for a major mixed-use destination, driving occupancy, tenant quality, retail performance, and commercial growth.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the retail leasing strategy and tenant mix.Identify, source, attract, and negotiate with local, regional, and international retail brands.Manage the full tenant lifecycle, from prospecting and lease negotiation through onboarding, store opening, renewals, and relationship management.Oversee the overall retail tenant portfolio, ensuring optimal occupancy, tenant mix, and commercial performance.Build strong relationships with retail, F&B, lifestyle, and entertainment operators.Work closely with Mall Operations, Development, Marketing, Finance, and Legal teams to support successful tenant delivery and store openings.Monitor retail market trends, competitor developments, rental benchmarks, and consumer demand.Support the development of retail concepts, leasing plans, and commercial strategies.Track occupancy, leasing, rental income, and other key commercial KPIs and provide regular management reports.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Retail Management, or a related field.8–12+ years of experience in retail leasing, mall management, commercial real estate, or mixed-use/destination development.Proven track record in tenant acquisition, leasing, and commercial negotiations.Strong network of retail, F&B, lifestyle, and international brands.Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Saudi Arabia/GCC retail experience highly preferred.
