Today we have over 5,000 employees across Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and the United States, and we are always looking for top talent to join our team.About This RoleWe are seeking a motivated Retail Marketing Intern for a 6-month internship (with the opportunity for extension or a permanent role based on performance) to support our retail marketing team in the Middle East & Africa region. You will gain hands-on experience in retail channel marketing, gaining exposure to in-store promotions, visual merchandising, retail activations, and retail partner coordination — helping bring Anker's cutting-edge consumer electronics to life across retail touchpoints.Key ResponsibilitiesRetail Promotions & Campaign SupportAssist in planning and executing in-store promotions, seasonal campaigns, and product launches across retail channels.Support the preparation of point-of-sale (POS) materials, displays, and in-store marketing collateral.Visual Merchandising & In-Store DisplayHelp coordinate visual merchandising and in-store display setups, ensuring alignment with Anker's brand guidelines.Collaborate with vendors and retail partners to install and maintain promotional materials and fixtures.Retail Activation & Event SupportSupport the organization and execution of retail activations, product demonstrations, and in-store events.Assist in coordinating with event vendors and retail partners to ensure smooth on-site execution.Retail Partner CoordinationAssist in maintaining relationships with key retail partners, supporting merchandising checks and gathering in-store feedback.Help track and report retail visibility, shelf presence, and competitor activity at the point of sale.Analytics & ReportingAssist in gathering and analyzing retail sell-through, campaign, and activation performance data to provide insights for optimization.Support the team in preparing weekly/monthly retail marketing reports.Administrative SupportPerform administrative duties related to retail marketing activities, including vendor coordination, presentation preparation, and inventory tracking of marketing materials.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or currently pursuing).Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of experience in retail marketing, event management, or a similar role.Strong interest in retail dynamics, consumer electronics, and customer experience.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to generate fresh ideas.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks.Familiarity with visual merchandising and in-store display techniques is a plus.Experience with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.English (Mandatory); Arabic is a plus.What You Will GainHands-on experience in retail marketing, in-store activations, and channel campaign management.Opportunity to work with global consumer tech brands known for innovation and quality.Mentorship and professional development from experienced marketing professionals.Exposure to both online and offline retail channels across the MEA region.Work EnvironmentDubai, UAE based role.Occasional local travel for retail visits, events, and activations may be required.Collaborative and creative work environment with mentorship from the regional retail marketing team.Join Anker Innovations and gain real-world experience helping bring innovative consumer technology products to customers across the region.
