Please join us to discover your own.WHAT WE HAVE TO OFFER:The Retail Operations and Performance Manager is responsible for driving operational excellence and business performance across the retail network. This role partners with stores and cross-functional teams to enhance productivity, elevate the client experience, ensure operational compliance, and support the successful execution of commercial and strategic initiatives.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:RETAIL OPERATIONS

• Ensure consistent implementation of retail policies, procedures, and operational standards across the local network.
• Oversee the day-to-day operational retail process ensuring compliance and efficiency
• Support the adoption, optimization and governance of retail tools, processes and systems.
• Manage retail operations including inventory control, cash closure procedures, maintenance and facilities suppliers
• Coordinate operational training and ensure store teams are fully knowledgeable on policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Ensure availability and proper management of operational store supplies, including shopping bags, packaging materials, and commercial collateral.RETAIL PERFORMANCE
• Monitor key retail performance indicators and provide regular business insights to support store productivity and operational efficiency.
• Establish annually, quarterly and monthly targets with the Country Manager.
• Support store teams through performance reviews, action plans, and follow-up on operational and commercial priorities.VISUAL MERCHANDISING
• Ensure consistent execution of global visual merchandising guidelines across all stores.
• Partner closely with regional and global VM teams to implement product launches, campaigns, seasonal updates, and special activations.
• Monitor in-store visual standards and provide coaching to ensure excellence in presentation and brand consistency.
• Coordinate visual merchandising tools, materials, and communication to support flawless execution in stores.
• Conduct regular store reviews and recommend actions to enhance product visibility, storytelling, and client experience.STORE PLANNING
• Support store projects, openings, refurbishments and operational initiatives by coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and ensuring alignment with business, brand and operational objectives.
• Track and control the budget of each project, ensuring accurate accruals, invoicing validation and project closure.BUDGET MANAGEMENT
• Own the planning, forecasting and ongoing management of the Retail Operations budget, ensuring effective cost control across the network.
• Monitor Opex and Capex, analyze budget-to-actual variances, manage operational vendors anc contracts, and identify opportunjities while maintaining the highest standards of store operations, brand image and client experience. CANDIDATE PROFILE
• Possesses over ten years of progressive management experience in the luxury retail sector.
• Demonstrates exceptional leadership qualities with a proven ability to effectively plan, manage teams, and inspire staff members.
• Exhibits excellent strategic planning and analytical capabilities, with a strong aptitude for forecasting sales trends through meticulous data analysis.
• Has a documented history of driving high-volume sales and consistently surpassing established sales objectives.
• Brings extensive experience in business development, adept at crafting and implementing effective sales strategies for growth.
• Features outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, adept at connecting with diverse audiences.
• Thrives in high-pressure environments, maintaining composure and decision-making quality when under tight deadlines or challenges.
• Must be open to frequent travel.
