About the Role

Scanlan Theodore is seeking a highly organised, proactive and solutions-focused Retail Operations Coordinator to join our Operations team.Working at Head Office in Melbourne this role is integral to supporting the effective and efficient running of our retail network, ensuring operational processes are consistently executed across our boutiques, David Jones locations and online channels.Working closely with the Head of Operations – Retail, boutique teams, the warehouse team and key stakeholders, you will play a key role in maintaining operational excellence, driving stock integrity, supporting online fulfilment and delivering seamless processes across the business.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, enjoys problem-solving and is passionate about improving processes and supporting teams to succeed.Day-to -day Responsibilities:Support and enhance day-to-day boutique operations, ensuring efficient processes and consistent operational standards across the retail network.Support stock integrity initiatives, including the coordination and execution of stocktakes across boutiques and warehouses.Monitor online fulfilment processes, including Ship from Store, Click & Collect, Same-Day Delivery and returns.Coordinate boutique maintenance, supplies, equipment and external vendor relationships to ensure boutiques operate efficiently.Provide ongoing operational and systems support, training and guidance to boutique teams.Support the development of boutique teams through effective training, coaching and the implementation of operational processes and best practices.About you and your skills:You are a detail-oriented and highly organised individual who enjoys managing multiple priorities in a dynamic retail environment.
