Role SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Retail Operations Intern to support the retail management team in daily operations, sales analysis, and store performance improvement. This internship provides practical exposure to retail operations, customer experience, and store management, offering valuable insights into the consumer electronics industry.Key ResponsibilitiesStore Operations Support: Assist in monitoring and coordinating daily store operations across Xiaomi Stores and Authorized Stores.Sales & Performance Tracking: Support sales reporting, KPI tracking, and preparation of performance analysis reports.Customer Experience: Help ensure high-quality customer service standards and assist in resolving customer inquiries.Visual Merchandising: Assist in store display arrangements, promotional setups, and brand image enhancement.Event & Campaign Support: Contribute to the execution of retail marketing activities, product launches, and in-store promotions.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth retail operations.Ad-Hoc Projects: Provide support for other operational tasks as required by the retail management team.Job RequirementsFinal-year Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Business, Retail Management, Marketing, or related fields.Strong interest in retail operations, customer experience, and consumer electronics.Good communication skills in English (Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia proficiency is an advantage).Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with data analysis tools or design software is a plus.Detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong team player.Prior experience in retail, customer service, or sales support is an added advantage.What We OfferPractical exposure to retail operations in a global brand environment.Mentorship and guidance from experienced retail managers.Opportunity to contribute to real store campaigns and operational improvements.Dynamic and innovative work environment with career growth potential.
