This role is responsible for assisting pharmacists with filling and processing prescriptions, preparing medications, and ensuring accurate labeling and packaging. The technician will manage inventory control by receiving, storing, and organizing pharmaceutical products, monitoring stock levels, and helping with regular audits. Day-to-day tasks also include providing courteous and informed customer service at the pharmacy counter, answering basic medication-related questions within scope, handling billing and payment processes, and maintaining a clean, organized, and compliant work environment.
