This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a luxury hospitality environment, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and maximizing retail sales opportunities.The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling retail merchandise, assisting guests with their purchases, and ensuring the retail area reflects the brand’s image and service standards.ResponsibilitiesWelcome and engage guests, providing personalised recommendations and an exceptional shopping experience.Promote and sell branded merchandise, retail products, and other available items to maximise sales opportunities.Maintain excellent product knowledge and communicate product features, pricing, and promotions effectively.Achieve individual and team sales targets while identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.Ensure the retail display, stockroom, and point-of-sale area are clean, organised, and visually appealing.Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory counts, and report replenishment requirements.Process transactions accurately and handle payments in accordance with company procedures.Handle guest enquiries and resolve basic concerns professionally.Work closely with the operations team to ensure a seamless guest experience.Adhere to company policies, grooming standards, and brand service expectations.Ideal Candidate:At least 1 year experience as retail sales assistant within luxury or premium retail background.Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.A sales-oriented mindset with the ability to upsell and achieve sales targets.Well-groomed, confident, approachable, and passionate about delivering excellent guest experiences.Good organisational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
