Retail Sales Associate

Role Description The Retail Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Makati City. This role is responsible for welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and providing personalized styling and product recommendations that reflect the Studio Rosanna Ocampo brand. Day-to-day tasks include presenting merchandise, explaining product features and fabric details, processing sales transactions, handling exchanges or returns, and maintaining a clean, visually appealing store environment. The Retail Sales Associate will also respond to customer inquiries, support inventory counts and stock replenishment, and assist with in-store events or promotions. QualificationsPrevious retail sales or customer-service experience is preferred, particularly in fashion, beauty, or premium retail.Presentable, well-groomed, and professional.Warm, courteous, confident, and comfortable speaking with customers.Strong sales ability and a genuine interest in fashion and styling.Honest, dependable, organized, and attentive to detail.Able to communicate clearly in English and Filipino.Comfortable using a point-of-sale system and handling cash and electronic payments.Able to stand for extended periods and assist with merchandise and store upkeep.Willing to work mall hours, including weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.At least a high school graduate; a college-level education is an advantage.
