Role Description The Retail Sales Associate (Metro by T-Mobile) role at Totally Wireless Group is a full-time, on-site position located in Charlotte, NC. In this role, the associate engages customers on the sales floor, learns their needs, and recommends appropriate wireless products, plans, and accessories. Daily responsibilities include processing sales transactions, activating devices and services, and meeting or exceeding sales goals. The associate also provides ongoing customer support, handles inquiries and concerns, and ensures a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
