We operate based on core values: elegance, superior craftsmanship, premium materials, and dedicated customer service.JOB DESCRIPTIONAdvise customers on diamond jewelry, products, sales policies, and promotional programs (if any) at the store.Receive, process, and respond to consultation and order requests from customers via online channels: Facebook, Website, Instagram, Zalo, Fanpage, etc.Provide after-sales customer care, supporting issues related to warranty, returns, and after-sales service.Track order progress and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure products are delivered on time and with the right quality.Maintain a professional store image, ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.Perform other tasks as assigned by the Store Manager.WORKING HOURSStore (rotating shifts): Morning shift: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM; Afternoon shift: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM, Monday – Sunday (1 day off per week)Shopping mall (rotating shifts): Morning shift: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM; Afternoon shift: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM, Monday – Sunday (1 day off per week)REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree graduateWell-groomed, well-proportioned appearance; height of 155cm and aboveNo experience with luxury jewelry required — training providedResponsible for assigned work; cheerful and sociableConfident communication skills, strong persuasive ability; flexible in handling situations and interacting with customersAble to work both independently and in a team, with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to the jobWilling to be transferred/support other branches as assigned to ensure operationsStrong business mindset, proactive in achieving sales targets, and able to work under pressureBENEFITS:Total income: Base salary + commission (applicable from the probation period).
