- Develop and manage distributor/dealer networks across the UAE
- Drive retail and channel sales growth
- Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors and key customers
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage
- Achieve sales targets and manage regional sales performance
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer support🔹 Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in construction chemicals / building materials
- Strong background in retail, distribution and channel sales
- Well-connected with dealers and distributors in the UAE
- Good understanding of the UAE construction materials market
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- UAE driving licence preferred
