We are looking for a professional to take charge of the brand’s retail business.
Job Description
Manage retail sell-out performance and be accountable for achieving sales targets in HCMC.According to the annual retail expansion plan of the office, complete the retail expansion target of the office.Responsible for collecting market competitive product information and regularly outputting analysis reports.Responsible forthe construction of retail channel terminal image.Assist national managers to formulate incentives and promotion policies for retail channels and retail store product systems.Report directly to the Country Manager.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.At least 3 years of experience as a Retail Manager, preferably in the mobile phone industry, or in a similar role.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with retail management tools.Customer-focused with a strong sense of ownership and results orientation.Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when required.Fluent in Chinese or English, with good communication skills in a professional working environment.
Benefits
Salary: VND 60M – 100M gross/month.13th-month salary.Performance bonus + travel and phone allowances.Insurance: Social Insurance based on total salary + premium healthcare insurance.Internal training: Technical, functional, and Chinese language training.Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (30-minute flexibility), Monday to Friday.
