The company is committed to making gifting smarter, shopping more efficient, and savings simpler for customers.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Retail Sales Representative role based in Dubai. The Retail Sales Representative will interact with prospects, understand their gifting and shopping needs, and recommend suitable gift cards and voucher options. The role involves explaining product features and promotions, processing transactions accurately, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience. The role requires consistent collaboration with the store team to meet sales targets and uphold 99Gift’s service standards.Qualifications Strong Retail Sales and Sales skills, with the ability to meet and exceed set targets.Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging diverse customers and resolving inquiries effectively.Solid Product Knowledge related to gift cards, vouchers, and partner brands, with the ability to explain benefits clearly.Prior experience in retail, gifting, or consumer electronics environments is preferred.Ability to work on-site in Dubai, including weekends or peak retail hours as required.High level of reliability, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset.Minimum 2 year Retail Sales experience in Dubai is an advantage.
