In this role, you will be the face of Laundry Hub — driving walk-in sales, upselling service packages, building lasting customer relationships, and ensuring a seamless in-store experience that reflects our brand standards.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Revenue GenerationAchieve monthly sales targets for laundry packages, express services, and add-ons (stain removal, fabric protection, alterations, etc.)Actively upsell and cross-sell premium service tiers and subscription/loyalty packagesConvert walk-in enquiries into confirmed orders through consultative sellingCustomer ExperienceGreet and assist customers in a warm, professional manner at all timesEducate customers on garment care, service options, and turnaround timelinesHandle complaints and service recovery promptly, escalating where necessaryEnsure customer satisfaction is maintained at every stage of the service journeyStore OperationsProcess orders accurately using the POS/order management systemMaintain cleanliness, visual merchandising standards, and product/service displays in the storeManage cash handling, receipts, and daily reconciliationCoordinate with the operations/backend team for order tracking and delivery updatesCustomer Retention & LoyaltyEnroll customers into loyalty/membership programs and follow up on renewalsConduct outbound calls or WhatsApp follow-ups on pending collections and repeat businessMaintain an updated customer database and order logsReportingProvide daily/weekly sales reports to the Store ManagerFlag recurring customer feedback or service issues to the management teamQualifications & RequirementsMinimum 3–4 years of retail sales or customer service experience (laundry, dry cleaning, hospitality, preferred)Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory)Proficiency in English (spoken and written); Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is an advantageHands-on experience with POS systems and basic MS Office / Google SheetsStrong interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced retail environment, including weekends and public holidays
