In this position, the specialist engages directly with customers on the sales floor, providing product information, answering inquiries, and recommending solutions that match customer needs. Daily activities include demonstrating products, processing sales transactions, maintaining organized and appealing displays, and ensuring stock availability in assigned areas. The role also involves handling customer concerns, coordinating with team members to meet sales targets, and supporting promotional initiatives within the store.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Retail Sales and Product Knowledge skills to effectively present and recommend solutions.Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to build rapport and maintain positive customer relationships.Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for interacting with customers, colleagues, and supervisors.Basic numeracy and POS system skills, with attention to accuracy in handling payments and documentation.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required in a retail environment.Proven reliability, integrity, and a proactive attitude toward meeting individual and team sales goals.Prior experience in retail or electronics sales is an advantage; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
