This position is responsible for greeting customers, assessing their needs, and recommending appropriate Wifi services and products and Mobile Devices. Daily tasks include conducting product demonstrations, explaining pricing and service options, processing sales, and maintaining accurate point-of-sale transactions. The role also involves answering customer questions, resolving issues,.QualificationsStrong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills, with the ability to build rapport and support a diverse customer base.Clear and professional Communication skills, both verbal and written, for explaining products, promotions, and policies.Basic math and point-of-sale (POS) system skills.Ability to stand for extended periods, work a flexible schedule (including evenings, weekends, and holidays), and maintain a professional appearance.Previous experience in wireless retail or consumer electronics sales is preferred but not required.
