Retail Salesperson – Building Materials (Tagalog Speaking)

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Retail Salesperson to join our client team in the building materials industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building materials trading/sales and a strong understanding of customer requirements and product applications.Key ResponsibilitiesAttend to walk-in customers and understand their building material requirements.Promote and sell building materials and related products.Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales.Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and pending orders.Coordinate with the warehouse and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.Maintain accurate records of sales, customer information, and transactions.Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.Stay updated on product availability, pricing, and market trends.RequirementsPrevious experience in Building Materials Trading / Sales is essential.Experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing sales role.Good knowledge of building materials and related products.Strong communication and customer service skills.Good negotiation and selling abilities.Driving License is Mandatory
