We are looking for a passionate, friendly and customer-focused Sales Associate who will bring positive energy to the team, build genuine connections with customers and help elevate the overall in-store experience while representing the LC brand.About the Role:The Sales Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with product selections, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience. They play a key role in promoting LC's brand image and maintaining the store's standards. This role is based in Abu Dhabi.Responsibilities:Greet customers and assist with product selection.Provide knowledgeable advice on LC's range of products, including women's, men's, and kids' activewear, loungewear, and accessories.Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment by ensuring to follow all VM guidelines set by LC.Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately using the point-of-sale system.Assist with stockroom operations, assist in receiving and unpacking shipments of merchandise, support with maintaining a neat and efficient stockroom ensuring that all stock is accessible and properly maintained.Replenish stock and ensure that the sales floor is adequately stocked with merchandise.Meet and exceed personal and store sales targets.Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and courteous manner.Stay updated on product knowledge, brand promotions, and store policies.Required Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong customer service orientation.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Basic math skills for handling transactions.Previous retail experience.Familiarity with point-of-sale systems.Knowledge of current fashion trends.
