The Retail Salesperson will welcome customers, understand their needs, and provide product recommendations that align with their preferences. Daily tasks include explaining product features and benefits, managing transactions, handling returns or exchanges, and maintaining a clean and organized sales area. The role also involves answering customer inquiries, supporting online order pick-up or related e-commerce services, and meeting sales targets. The Retail Salesperson will collaborate with team members, report customer feedback, and help ensure a consistent and high-quality shopping experience.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Retail Sales and Sales skills, with the ability to meet or exceed sales goals.Candidates should possess solid Communication and Customer Service skills to engage customers and resolve issues effectively.Candidates should possess good Product Knowledge and a willingness to learn details about merchandise and e-commerce offerings.Basic math skills and accuracy in handling cash, cards, and digital payment transactions.Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt, including weekends, holidays, and shift-based schedules as needed.Previous experience in retail, e-commerce, or customer-facing roles is preferred.Previous experience in colored and clear contact lenses. High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in sales or retail operations is an advantage.
