Retail Salesperson (Tagalog Speakling)

We are looking for a customer-focused Retail Salesperson – Building Materials to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting building materials and construction products, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service.The ideal candidate should have good product knowledge, strong communication skills, and experience in retail sales, preferably within the building materials or construction supplies industry.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable building materials and construction products.Promote and sell building materials, hardware, tools, and related construction supplies.Provide accurate product information, specifications, pricing, and availability.Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and other sales documents.Achieve assigned sales targets and identify opportunities to increase revenue.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and business clients.Follow up on quotations, customer inquiries, and pending orders.Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.Monitor stock availability and report shortages or discrepancies.Maintain an organized showroom and ensure proper product display.Handle customer complaints and after-sales inquiries professionally.Maintain accurate sales records and comply with company policies and procedures.Requirements and QualificationsPrevious experience in retail sales, preferably in building materials, hardware, or construction supplies.Good knowledge of building materials and related products.Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products.Basic computer skills and familiarity with sales or inventory systems.Good numerical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Target-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a team.UAE market experience is an advantage.
