📢 We’re Hiring | Hospitality & Retail Services Specialist📍 Location: Thuwal, Jeddah🎓 Experience: 3–5+ yearsWe are looking for a Hospitality & Retail Services Specialist with hands-on experience in retail leasing, commercial property, tenant relations, and retail operations.Key Responsibilities:Manage retail leasing activities and tenant relationshipsIdentify potential tenants and support the right tenant mixPrepare, negotiate, and administer lease agreementsManage tenant onboarding, renewals, compliance, and clearanceConduct market benchmarking and support financial analysisCoordinate retail development projects, fit-outs, and store openingsMonitor retail operations, customer experience, and service standardsCoordinate with retailers, contractors, and internal stakeholdersRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Property Management, Marketing, or related field3–5+ years in retail management, commercial property leasing, or hospitality servicesStrong experience in lease negotiation and tenant relationsRetail development/project coordination experience is preferredFluent in Arabic and English📩 Interested candidates can send their CV via DM.
