Pan Home also provides end-to-end interior design services for residential and commercial spaces, offering personalized consultations and tailored design solutions.Role Description The Retail Store Manager role at Pan Home is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. The Retail Store Manager oversees day-to-day store operations, including staff scheduling, performance supervision, and maintaining visual merchandising standards. This role is responsible for driving sales, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring accurate stock handling and replenishment. The manager actively engages with customers, resolves concerns, and ensures a positive in-store experience aligned with Pan Home’s brand standards. Additional responsibilities include implementing loss prevention measures, preparing sales reports, coordinating with head office teams, and supporting local marketing and promotional activities.Qualifications Strong customer-focused skills including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service.Excellent Communication abilities for interacting with customers, team members, and management.Proficiency in Store Management, including daily operations, staff supervision, and inventory control.Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to safeguard merchandise and minimize shrinkage.Previous experience in retail management, ideally within home furnishings or a related sector.Ability to lead, motivate, and develop diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.Solid numerical and analytical skills for interpreting sales data and setting performance targets.Comfort with using POS systems and basic office software (e.g., MS Office).Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.Availability to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
