Retail Store Team Lead

We’re a community-focused specialty toy store seeking a Lead Team Member (Keyholder) who thrives on delivering exceptional customer experiences and is ready to step into retail leadership.This is not an entry-level role. Candidates must have prior retail experience and some leadership responsibility. You’ll work closely with the owner, taking ownership of key tasks and growing into expanded responsibilities over time.
